PROPERTY AND CORRESPONDENT SUPPORT
We welcome enquiries from property clients, estate agents and instructing attorneys requiring property transaction origination, local coordination and correspondent support, including confidential document handling and arranged attendances within agreed mandates.
Conveyancing and notarial work is coordinated with appropriately admitted conveyancers and notaries public.
EXPERIENCE AND CLIENT SERVICE
Director Millicent Hlengwa-Mkhonza and Consultant Attorney Mlungisi L.A. Mlambo bring together experience across private practice, government legal services, senior legal leadership and executive advisory work.
Our approach emphasises confidentiality, independent judgement, clear responsibilities and communication. We are progressively strengthening our matter-management, document-control and reporting systems to support coordinated service delivery.
CONSULTATION ARRANGEMENTS
Our practice base is in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. Consultations are available by appointment, including virtually, with additional consultation arrangements in Pietermaritzburg, Centurion, Roodepoort and East London.
